An exploration of sound installation feeding off, dominating and informing a gallery context:
Policies of urban noise abatement interestingly reveal the degree to which acoustic
space, and its ubiquitous impingement, is also difficult to control. Though allowing
for flexible participation, for a temporal contour, acoustic space is often a disruptive
spatiality. It sparks annoyance and outrage, while also allowing important
opportunities for dynamic sound sharing- to know the other.
